Principals has been established since 2004 as independent mortgage and commercial brokers. Prior to that, the principal was an Independent Financial Adviser under sister company Regency Financial Services. Along with Mortgages and Commercial loans including Bridging and Development finance, we also offer General Insurance from Residential, Buy to Lets, Commercial and Fleet Insurance.

As an independent broker, we source a mortgage from the whole of market sourcing the best deal for the client based on their needs and circumstance and flexibility that they may require. Majority of our advisers are from our processing team who are well trained in customer service and understand the full steps from the initial enquiry to full application and after–sales.

Principals are not restricted to a limited panel of lenders. We cover the full arena of commercial finance, which allows us to take a holistic approach to our client’s requirements.

We work with individuals, sole traders, partnerships and trading companies. We guide clients that are in start-up situations as well as those that are firmly established. A number of our clients are property specialists and landlords. Our clients also consist of businesses across the spectrum of commerce, including manufacturing, warehousing, retail, car dealerships, service industries, nursing homes, guest houses, hotels, nightclubs, pubs, catering, construction, recruitment etc.
